I’m CoCo Zentner.
I specialize in creating timeless works of fine art that bring color and joy into homes all over the world. I’m your gal with over twenty years of experience, painting and capturing the beauty encompassing us.
When not painting out of my home studio, you can find me outdoors with my husband, Will, our daughter, June, and our dog, Maudie (named after our favorite Tex-Mex restaurant!).
It all started when…
Having grown up in Monroe, Louisiana, my artwork has been heavily influenced by my many days spent soaking in the culture, food, and nature of my southern surroundings. I’ve always had a penchant for composition, color, and detail, and a deep passion for design and art history. After many years of practicing art in an informal setting, I attended The University of Texas at Austin where I received my BFA with a focus in Drawing and Painting and a minor in Business.
After I graduated, scared of becoming a ‘starving artist,’ I worked at a tech company for nearly five years, where it became evident that painting wasn't just a hobby, but a desire and a passion that needed to be cultivated. I traded in the corporate high-heels for paintbrushes and made art my full-time career starting in 2018. Having studied under incredible artists in New York, France, Italy, & Texas, I have learned a thing or two about creating realistic artwork, and I can’t wait for you to gain this new knowledge!
